BeastSquad.AI ("BeastSquad," "we," "us," or "our") is a multi-agent AI platform operated by Martini Fintech LLC. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use BeastSquad.AI and its related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

• Provide and operate the Services, including all four AI agents and platform features.
• Execute agent tasks on your behalf, including sending DMs, emails, and Slack messages after your approval.
• Personalize your experience based on your brand voice, tone preferences, and playbooks.
• Process payments and manage your subscription and Energy balance via Stripe.
• Deliver daily briefings, proactive suggestions, and goal tracking through BLITZ.
• Monitor platform health, diagnose errors, and maintain security.
• Send platform notifications, system alerts, and optional email digests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Improve the platform using aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

BeastSquad does not sell your personal data. Information is shared only in the limited circumstances below.

• Account data is retained until account deletion and then permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Agent activity logs and conversation history are retained for 90 days and then automatically purged.
• Uploaded videos are deleted after transcription is complete, while transcripts are retained for 90 days.
• AI-generated content is retained for 90 days after creation.
• Billing records are retained for at least 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
• OAuth tokens are revoked immediately upon account deletion or manual channel disconnection.

BeastSquad implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information.

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS and encryption at rest.
• Access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel only.
• OAuth 2.0 for third-party integrations so BeastSquad does not store your third-party passwords.
• Default approval workflows that require your review before outbound agent actions are executed.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100 percent secure. While we strive to protect your data, BeastSquad cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data BeastSquad holds about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data within 30 days.
• Export Sales Pipeline and Content Calendar data in CSV format via Settings.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent by disconnecting integrated channels at any time in Settings -> Channels.

BeastSquad uses the Instagram Business API for SPARKY's sales automation. By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize BeastSquad to access your account data in accordance with Meta's Platform Policy.

• Permissions used: instagram_business_basic for account profile access, and instagram_business_manage_messages for reading and sending direct messages on your behalf.
• Human Agent message tag: when you manually reply to a customer DM more than 24 hours after their last message, BeastSquad applies Meta's Human Agent tag so your reply can be delivered within Meta's 7-day human-agent policy window. This tag is only used for direct, human-initiated responses, never for automated or bulk messaging.
• Rate limiting: SPARKY is capped at a maximum of 20 new DM conversations per day and 50 total messages per day, configurable by you.
• Approval by default: agent-drafted DM replies require your approval before sending.
• Data use: Instagram data is used solely to provide the Services and is never sold or used for advertising.

BeastSquad.AI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

BeastSquad.AI is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

By using the Services, you consent to those transfers.

This Privacy Policy applies only to BeastSquad.AI. BeastSquad is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms including Instagram, Gmail, Slack, Google, Calendly, Telegram, and Stripe. Please review their individual privacy policies.

BeastSquad may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised policy on the platform and or by email to your registered address.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
