These Terms and Conditions govern your access to BeastSquad.AI, its AI agents, connected integrations, billing model, and automation workflows.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Martini Fintech LLC, the operator of BeastSquad.AI ("BeastSquad," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering for, accessing, or using BeastSquad.AI and its related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • You must use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
  • Each account is limited to a single founder. Multi-user and team accounts are not supported in Phase 1.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account creation

You may register via email and password, or Google OAuth. You are responsible for providing accurate, current registration information and keeping it up to date.

3.2 Account security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@beastsquad.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in Settings.

3.3 Account isolation

All data within your account is private and isolated. No cross-account data access is permitted or possible.

The Services - AI Agents

BeastSquad.AI provides four AI agents in Phase 1:

  • BLITZ (Commander): task routing, daily briefings, goal tracking, and proactive suggestions.
  • SPARKY (Sales Monster): Instagram DM monitoring, lead qualification, appointment booking, and sales pipeline management.
  • TNT (Content Monster, planned): AI-generated content drafting and image creation for your review. Direct publishing to Instagram is not enabled in the current release.
  • SLINGSHOT (Executive Assistant): Gmail triage, email drafting and sending, Slack monitoring, and meeting prep briefs.

4.1 AI-generated content

  • AI-generated content such as emails, DMs, captions, and meeting briefs is produced by large language models and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content sent on your behalf before it is delivered.
  • By default, all external-facing agent actions require your explicit approval. You may adjust this in Agent Config, but BeastSquad strongly recommends retaining approval workflows for outbound communications.
  • You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content sent via the Services under your account.

4.2 Agent limitations

  • Agent performance depends on the quality of your inputs, playbooks, and configurations.
  • BLITZ will ask one clarifying question when instructions are ambiguous before delegating.
  • The platform uses multi-LLM failover from OpenAI to Anthropic to Google Gemini to maximize uptime, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Connecting third-party accounts

  • By connecting third-party accounts including Instagram, Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Calendly, and Telegram, you authorize BeastSquad to access and take actions within those accounts on your behalf.
  • You represent that you have the legal right to authorize such access.
  • Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and policies.

5.2 Instagram / Meta platform

Instagram integration is subject to Meta's Platform Policy and Terms of Service. You must hold a valid Instagram Business account. BeastSquad.AI is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta App Review, typically 2 to 4 weeks, is required for direct messaging permissions and may affect service availability timelines.

5.3 Integration availability

BeastSquad.AI is not responsible for downtime, changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms that affect the availability of integrated features.

5.4 OAuth token management

If a connected integration token expires or becomes invalid, the channel will be flagged as disconnected and you will be notified. You can reconnect at any time via Settings -> Channels.

Energy (Credit) System and Billing

6.1 Subscription plans

Access to BeastSquad.AI requires an active paid subscription. Tiers, pricing, and Energy allocations are displayed at BeastSquad.AI/pricing and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Energy consumption

  • Each AI agent interaction consumes Energy, calculated based on LLM token usage plus a service margin.
  • Your Energy balance is displayed on the Dashboard at all times.
  • At 20 percent Energy remaining, you will receive a warning notification. At 10 percent, a persistent banner appears. At 0 percent, all agent actions and automations pause until Energy is replenished.

6.3 Top-up packs

One-time Energy top-up packs are available for purchase at any time via Settings -> Billing, without changing your subscription tier.

6.4 Payment processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges for your subscription. Prorated charges apply for mid-cycle upgrades.

6.5 Refund policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. In cases of material service failure attributable to BeastSquad.AI, please contact support@beastsquad.ai to request a review. Energy top-up packs are non-refundable once partially consumed.

6.6 Energy rollover

Unused Energy expires at the end of each billing period unless your subscription plan specifies otherwise.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use BeastSquad.AI to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harassing communications via Instagram DMs, Gmail, or any other integrated channel.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy laws.
  • Violate Meta's Platform Policy, Google's API Terms of Service, Slack's API Terms, or any other applicable third-party platform policies.
  • Gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or related systems.
  • Generate, distribute, or publish content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Conduct illegal sales, fraud, phishing, or deceptive business practices.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
  • Use automated tools, other than those provided by BeastSquad, to access or scrape the platform.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform ownership

BeastSquad.AI, including its design, software, agent logic, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Martini Fintech LLC. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

8.2 Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or input into the Services such as playbooks, brand guidelines, and uploaded videos. By using the Services, you grant BeastSquad.AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use your content solely to deliver the Services to you.

8.3 AI-generated output

Content generated by AI agents based on your instructions is provided for your use. BeastSquad makes no warranties regarding the originality or intellectual property status of AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring any AI-generated content you publish does not infringe third-party rights.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described there.

Automations and Scheduled Actions

By configuring automated recurring tasks, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for setting up automations accurately and reviewing their outputs.
  • Automations consume Energy per execution and pause automatically at zero Energy.
  • By default, external-facing automated actions still require your approval before execution, unless you explicitly disable the approval requirement.
  • BeastSquad.AI is not liable for consequences of automated actions you have approved or configured to execute without approval.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BEASTSQUAD.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES; THAT THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE; OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND AGENT ACTIONS TAKEN ON YOUR BEHALF.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARTINI FINTECH LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT SENT ON YOUR BEHALF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS, OR ERRORS IN AGENT OUTPUTS. IN ANY EVENT, BEASTSQUAD.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BEASTSQUAD.AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Martini Fintech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights including Meta, Google, or Slack platform policies, or any content you send or publish via the Services.

Account Termination

14.1 Termination by you

You may cancel your account at any time via Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure, and all connected OAuth tokens will be revoked.

14.2 Termination by BeastSquad.AI

BeastSquad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or conduct determined to be harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

Modifications to the Services and Terms

BeastSquad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

BeastSquad also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in [INSERT CITY, STATE] under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BeastSquad.AI regarding the Services.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. BeastSquad may assign its rights freely.
  • Force Majeure: BeastSquad.AI is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including third-party API outages, internet failures, or acts of God.
